The flag measures about 4×3 Inches. It comes on a small about 8″ tall staff with a base to sit on a desk.
The Commonwealth VIRGINIA, carries beneath it the Square and Compasses on a field of blue, believed to be the color next to Deity. There are thirteen stars which represent the thirteen original colonies. The large gold star at the top of the flag represents Virginia. Then there appear the words Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons and the year our Grand Lodge was established. The flag is simple because Masonry is simply the Brotherhood of man under the Fatherhood of God.
